Delete your Henny Members account

You can request the deletion of your Henny Members account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to proceed?

Option 1: From the app

1. Open the Henny Members app

2. Go to the Profile tab

3. Scroll down and tap Delete account

4. Confirm your choice: deletion is final and irreversible

Option 2: By email

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the address linked to your account

2. Use the subject line: Henny Members account deletion request

3. In the email body, please include:

   • The username associated with the account
   • The phone number associated with the account

   • (Optional) The reason for your deletion request

Processing time

• If you delete your account directly from the app, the deletion is immediate.

• If you make the request by email, it will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

Important notes

• Deletion results in the permanent loss of all your personal data, hennies, missions, and rewards.

• Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. To use Henny Members again, you will need to create a new account.
