Delete your Henny Members account

You can request the deletion of your Henny Members account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to proceed

Option 1: From the app

  1. Open the Henny Members app

  2. Go to the Profile tab

  3. At the bottom of the page, tap Delete account

  4. Confirm your choice: deletion is permanent and irreversible

Option 2: By email

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the address used to create your account

  2. Use the subject line: Henny Members account deletion request

  3. In the body of the message, include:

    • Your username

    • The phone number associated with the account

    • (Optional) The reason for your deletion request

Processing time

  • If you delete your account from the app, deletion is immediate.

  • If you go through email, your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

Please note

  • Deletion results in the permanent loss of all your personal data, including your hennies, missions and benefits.

  • After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account. To use Henny Members again, you will need to create a new account.
